Food and Wine in Progress
The second annual Food and Wine in Progress, the large enogastronmic event promoted by the Association of Regional Cooks Toscani (URCT) and the Italian Sommelier Toscana Assocation (AIS), will take place in Florence in the exhibition space Stazione Leopolda.
The expected 5000 visitors will encounter over hundreds of chefs, among them renowned chefs, over 130 wineries and representatives of other sectors related to beverage and food.
The two-day program offers also debates, conferences, and insights to introduce the consumer into the world Italian agri-food: a large trade exhibition area will be the center of activities to promote Tuscan products, and producers of wine and food, and exhibitors from the hospitality industry. Special focus during the event on traditional, natural, organic and gluten-free products.
