Konstantina Daskalaki Daskalaki was born in Athens in Greece and graduated in Greek Philology at the University of Manchester in England. In Florence she attended the Free Academy of Fine Arts (LABA) where he studied painting.
At the famous engraving school “Il Bisonte” in Florence she learned the Japanese painting techniques “Yuzen” and “Sumie”, the creation of papier – mâché masks and artistic binding. She has participated in various group exhibitions and held numerous solo exhibitions both in Italy and in other countries such as Greece, France, Spain, Belgium, Canada, Australia, India, South Korea, USA, among others. She exhibited his works in prestigious art galleries including the well-known Art Fusion Gallery in Miami.
During her artistic career she received various awards for the quality and creativity of his works. One of these, the “Del Piccolo Formato” award offered by the Councilor for Culture and Traditions of Florence, Mr.Eugenio Giani. Her style is defined as naif-figurative and his strength is bright and lively colors, beyond the fairytale atmosphere of his paintings. The trait that distinguishes her as an artist is the sinuosity of the lines that define her landscapes. The pictorial technique that he prefers is Oil and Acrylic on canvas.
